    Up-to-date / written proof of these vaccinations:
  • Rabies
  • DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis or adenovirus, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
  • Must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old for Day Care.
  • Flea and Tick Protection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
  • A pet profile form will be completed upon arrival OR you can print the form to complete and bring with you at first visit.

  For your convenience:  Vaccinations may be faxed directly from your vet, or emailed to
                                        us ahead of time.
   
  Note:  All dogs must go through pre-screening interview before admission to Day Care to insure
             everyone's safety and enjoyment.
Drop off and pick up times are set by reservation only.
