    Up-to-date / written proof of these vaccinations:
  • Rabies
  • DHLPP (distemper, hepatitis or adenovirus, leptospirosis, parainfluenza, and parvovirus)
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
  • Must be spayed or neutered if over 6 months old for Day Care.
  • Flea and Tick Protection is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
  • A pet profile form will be completed upon arrival OR you can print the form to complete and bring with you at first visit.

    NOTE:  All dogs must go through pre-screening interview before admission to Day Care to insure everyone's
    safety and enjoyment.
Drop off and pick up times are set by reservation only.  Please call or email with questions or a time to come and visit!
